How will my parcel be delivered?
Zoe Sherwood delivers via Royal Mail, tracked or signed for, depending on your location. When your parcel is delivered you will be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. Please note in some locations you can only track your item, not signature will be required. If you are not in, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to rearrange deliver or collect your parcel.
Royal Mail does not ship to certain parts of the world.

Delivery Times
Items are sent same day or next working day, depending on the day and time of your order. Upon postage/shipping of your item you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time.
Delivery time for products you have selected may vary based upon (a) availability, (b) making time (c) your delivery address, (d) when you place an order, and (e) other circumstances impacting delivery. Accordingly Zoe Sherwood, makes no guarantees as to actual delivery time.
Returns
Stock jewellery and accessories: You can return or exchange goods bought from us within 14 days from when you receive them as long as they are standard (stock) pieces bought from the site in their original condition following the simple standard returns process below. We charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
*Made to Order pieces: We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on products that are made to order or customised. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To return or exchange your piece please email info@zoesherwood.co.uk stating if you would like a refund or an exchange, providing any relevant information. You must send this email within 7 days of receiving your item.
* All returns must be in perfect condition as supplied.
* Original tags must be in place and attached in their original positions.
* The jewellery/accessories must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged.
* The jewellery/accessories must be returned in its original packaging, with all care taken to protect the item for its return journey.

Within 5 working days of receipt of your return a refund for the full value of the items will be issued excluding any taxes or import duties incurred following an inspection of the piece to ensure all criteria are met. This refund will be issued to the card you originally used to make your purchase. We cannot refund you the cost of the return postage, and we recommend that you ensure the parcel is tracked and insured to an appropriate value as we cannot refund or exchange on times you have sent that we do not receive. Such lost items must be tracked and claimed by you through your chosen courier or postage service.
If you request an exchange we will email you on receipt of your return parcel with confirmation of your credit amount or dispatch of your new item.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the EU have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods with Zoe Sherwood at any time within the seven working days of the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods (the ”seven day cooling off period”). To cancel your contract within the seven day cooling off period please notify us in writing by emailing info@zoesherwood.co.uk before the expiry of the cooling off period. Please package the relevant goods securely and send them to us. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging and tags. If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the seven day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any postage charge.
Made to order or customised goods are exempt from this cancellation right.
