Ordering Online
Payments online will be requested through Paypal, debit or credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact us directly and we can process your order over email or telephonically.
Delivery Information
Online purchases are subject to a postage and packaging charge the price of which depends on the purchase value and the shipping address. All UK orders are insured and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and for other countries swift couriered via Worldnet.
Delivery Times
Delivery time varies depending on payment clearance and product availability. We endeavour to deliver within 3-10 working days within the UK, and 5-12 working days for other countries. We post orders out on a weekly basis each Thursday, for urgent delivery requests please contact us at the studio. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. Please contact us directly to find out current stock availability if your order is more urgent than the turnaround times stated.
Delivery – UK and Northern Ireland
UK Postage and Packaging is £10 via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed to arrive the next day after posting. Your package will require a signature upon delivery otherwise it will be held by Royal Mail and you will need to rearrange delivery.

Delivery – Europe & International
International Postage and Packaging, Europe £15, International £20, via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For and may take up to ten working days to arrive from the time of despatch.
International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and Zoe Sherwood cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
All Zoe Sherwood pieces will be carefully packaged and each item will be presented in a signature box.
Return/Refund Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not perfectly satisfied, we are able to offer you a full refund or exchange for your online purchase providing you notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods and the jewellery is returned to us packaged in the condition that it was sold; therefore undamaged, unworn and in its original packaging. The security tag must be attached and complete as we cannot accept the return of any items if this has been tampered with in any way or if it has been removed.
Please contact us first by email at info@zoesherwood.co.uk if you wish to arrange a refund or exchange clearly stating the reason for return. When posting back your goods we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Customers are entitled to receive a refund for online purchased items as long as they are returned and received by Zoe Sherwood 14 days from the date of the email stating the customers wish to return the item and are received in the condition stated above. Please note we are unable to refund any postage and packaging charges, nor any tax and duties incurred.
Once the goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and Zoe Sherwood will not be liable for their loss or damage.
We regret that we unable to accept refunds or exchanges for any items that have been engraved or specially made or altered to your specifications.
Zoe Sherwood cannot be held liable for items lost, damaged or delayed in transit.
